Common questions before you sign up.
- What counts as a document?
- One bill of lading, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, or packing list. Multi-page documents count as one. A shipment usually consists of 3–5 documents.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly volume?
- You can pay $1.20 per additional document on Starter and Growth, or auto-upgrade to the next tier. We never silently block your account mid-shipment.
- Do you store our documents?
- Yes, in Amazon S3 (eu-west-1 by default) with object-level encryption. Documents are retained 90 days then deleted automatically. Business and Enterprise tiers support custom data residency including in-region for Nigeria and the EU.
- How accurate is the compliance check?
- Against our pilot population (3 freight forwarders, ~12,000 documents), the multi-agent verdict agrees with manual expert review 91.3% of the time. Of the 8.7% disagreements, most are cases we correctly flagged as UNCERTAIN that a human resolved either way.
